Packages and delivery options

Proposed structure · 7 October 2026. Packages are being designed for a future launch. This is a product-scope proposal, not a subscription currently available to purchase. Future modules require separate release.

Monthly prices and generation allowances will be set after measuring representative task costs. We do not promise unlimited generation or automatic inclusion of every future module. Pilot discussions and testing applications precede launch.

Enterprise licence and implementation

The owner's working planning assumption is USD 20,000 for an agreed software licence package, plus USD 5,000–20,000 for implementation. The combined initial planning range is USD 25,000–40,000 before hardware and external costs. These are provisional assumptions, not an approved price list or purchase offer.

Proposed implementation tiers:

  • Basic — indicative USD 5,000: one environment, standard configuration, one supported connector, introductory training and an acceptance scenario.
  • Extended — indicative USD 10,000–15,000: several workflows, supported CRM and content-channel connections, roles, agreed data migration and team training.
  • Custom — indicative from USD 20,000: a custom adapter, special networking or data requirements, hybrid infrastructure and extended acceptance. Complex projects may exceed the initial range after assessment.

A licence does not imply exclusive rights or source-code transfer. Version, installations, licence term, updates, support and termination require contractual definition. Hardware, power, cloud models, storage, paid APIs, advertising spend and fees are not automatically included.

Choosing a scope

Begin with one measurable use case, such as a content package for one brand. Agree inputs, deliverables, quality criteria, cost limits, human involvement and pilot duration before purchase. Scale after demonstrating usefulness and cost per accepted result.

Turnover-based model

An additional planned option combines a one-time connection and integration payment with a 1–2% fee on agreed turnover for software usage. It is an alternative to fixed licensing; the initial payment and any separate subscription depend on the chosen agreement.

The calculation base (for example, paid orders in a connected channel), refunds, cancellations, taxes, currency, settlement period and infrastructure cost limits must be defined before connection. This does not automatically mean a percentage of the customer's entire business.

For a USD 10,000 calculation base, a 1–2% fee is USD 100–200. This is an arithmetic illustration, not a revenue forecast. Automatic settlement to the Vantemio wallet is planned after accounting and payment integration, with authorised permissions and reconciliation. Charging is not active.
