Vantemio

A modular AI automation engine

Revision 0.3 · 7 October 2026 · In development.

1. The product

Vantemio is a software engine being developed to connect AI models, memory, tools and external services into managed workflows. It turns a business task into a sequence of actions: understand the context, plan the work, assign executors, review the result and preserve experience for subsequent tasks.

Video production is its first application module. The broader direction includes content production, brand and social media operations, API publishing, analytics, advertising, CRM and services traded through Vantemio Market. Readiness differs across these areas: core mechanisms and Studio components exist; broader business modules are planned.

2. Why content comes first

Video production is a domain the team understands and can evaluate. It exercises long-running planning, asset selection, multiple models, editing, layered audio, rendering and repair in one practical workflow.

The first module is intended to generate revenue from useful content and help fund development of the wider engine. Early paid demand and self-financing are goals. Investment and grants can accelerate development, but the strategy should not depend solely on raising them. Profitability remains to be demonstrated through real orders and measured costs.

3. What the engine connects

Vantemio develops a shared context for the entire task: the original request, brand information, selected tools, constraints, intermediate versions and accepted result. This supports longer workflows and investigation of specific failures.

The architecture comprises:

  • Coordinating core: admits tasks, checks execution conditions and assigns work.
  • Capability registry: describes modules, tools, models and executors through compatible contracts.
  • AI layer: assigns models to planning, preparation, analysis and bounded repair roles.
  • Memory and relationship graph: connect tasks, versions, observations and results; observations are distinguished from validated conclusions.
  • Executors and adapters: carry out bounded operations on registered resources or external APIs.
  • Review and recovery: reconcile results and actual state before continuing or repeating an action.

Qwen is one model family used by the project, not the name of the entire engine. Development records describe planning routes using Qwen in the 27B class and a Qwen Coder 7B helper. Models may change with task and resource requirements. Software rules and execution history surround the models; the engine does not claim automatic model-weight retraining.

4. First module: Vantemio Studio

Studio connects research, narrative planning, media selection, scenes, graphics, narration, editing, rendering and review. Audio is organised into voice, music and effects layers, aligned with the timeline and speech intelligibility. Integration and recovery reliability remain under verification.

Initial commercial use cases include videos, short-form content, advertising assets, presentation videos and project content packages. Presentations and other formats are adjacent module directions using the same brand and task context. Each format needs quality and delivery validation before commercial availability.

5. Marketing and customer operations

The expansion plan connects production to distribution and feedback:

  • Brands and social media: brand profiles, content planning, asset preparation, approval and publishing to authorised accounts through supported APIs.
  • Analytics: own-channel and campaign results, period comparisons, competitor research using available data and recommendations for subsequent actions.
  • Advertising: creative variants, campaign preparation and later automated configuration within agreed budgets and permissions.
  • CRM: integration with the customer's CRM, with a native CRM module considered separately. The intended workflow connects an enquiry, customer history, task, delivery and repeat order.

Each platform needs an adapter, account permissions and API compatibility checks. Public uploads through the YouTube Data API and TikTok Content Posting API may require application review. Platform support does not establish that Vantemio integrations are already live.

6. Autonomous media and live streams

A future direction combines extended live programming, avatars, voice, visuals, moderation and stream-health monitoring. The aim is operation without a continuous manual operator in permitted scenarios, with intervention and stop controls.

Continuous operation requires resilience testing, content and likeness rights, platform compatibility and access to live interfaces. Shorts is a short-video format; a continuous broadcast needs a separate live integration. This is a future module, not an available 24/7 service.

7. Vantemio Market

Market is planned around two service paths. Independent providers create a profile and service passport, upload materials and terms, list an offer and fulfil orders. Buyers can also order cloud Vantemio services, with execution assigned to an appropriate engine module.

A service passport is intended to describe the provider, deliverable, required inputs, deadline, price, licence, acceptance criteria and dispute terms. A profile or passport does not establish rights by itself; supporting evidence needs separate review.

Boson Protocol is explored as a basis for tokenised exchange commitments: a redeemable NFT connects an offer to the right to receive its specified product or service. This does not automatically transfer ownership of any arbitrary asset. See the Boson mechanism description.

Agents may help prepare offers, select services and execute orders within delegated permissions. Payment, contractual changes and delivery authority must be separately defined. The project has a Base/Boson test foundation; a live marketplace with real payments and agent commerce is not yet claimed.

8. Cloud, customer-hosted and hybrid

Cloud service: use connected modules without operating the compute environment. Subscription packages are planned with separate metering for resource-intensive tasks.

Customer-hosted: a licence for an agreed software version, installation in the organisation's infrastructure and integration with its data and services. This serves companies and agencies needing their own automation workflow and requires infrastructure assessment and an integration project.

Hybrid: retain selected data and execution at the customer while permitted tasks use cloud resources. Access and billing boundaries are defined before connection.

The proposed package family is Start, Pro, Pro Plus, Agency and Enterprise. Scope and financial planning assumptions appear under Packages and delivery. Pricing is being designed; checkout is not open.

9. Engineering foundation and readiness

Source and development records contain admission, model routing, result accounting, memory, capability registries and video-production components, with records of individual checks. This establishes an engineering foundation, not a complete customer service.

External acceptance, multi-tenant operation, commercial SLAs, CRM, advertising adapters, autonomous streams and a full Market require further implementation and verification. The technical structure and monthly roadmap describe the next acceptance boundaries.

10. Expansion potential

These are architectural inferences, not currently supplied features. Shared contracts and memory could support localisation, product catalogues, campaign reports, sales presentations, inbound request processing and customer support. Each use case needs its own data, adapters, evaluation and action policy.

Priority goes to modules that reuse existing capabilities, address recurring paid work and allow the cost of an accepted result to be measured. Expansion must preserve the reliability of the initial module.

11. Economics and development

Initial revenue is intended to come from content and integration work, followed by cloud subscriptions, licensing and support. A possible Market fee is a separate commercial decision. Revenue is not margin: models, generation, compute, storage, support, manual repairs and external services all carry costs.

Investment and grants support core reliability, first-module quality, integrations and external pilots. No round size, verified revenue or profitability timeline is asserted here. Contact: support@vantemio.com.
